This FAQ includes all known issues reported by node runners, Glasspass holders, and NodeOps users. It addresses the Script Chain migration, SPAY-to-SF conversions, refunds, reward claims, wallet changes, and infrastructure problems.
🧩 A. TOKEN MIGRATION & WALLET ISSUES
What’s happening to $SPAY rewards?
All node rewards will be paid in $SF on Script Chain. $SPAY can be migrated via the official migration portal
Can I still claim $SPAY?
Yes, claims are active until the end of the migration window. SPAY rewards are sent to your Script Chain wallet. Use console.nodeops.xyz or the Script Wallet to view them.
I claimed SPAY but nothing shows up in my wallet. Where did it go?
SPAY is now bridged to Script Chain, not Ethereum or BNB. Use:
Script Wallet
Console.nodeops.xyz
to see your rewards.
I pressed “Claim Rewards” on NodeOps and my SPAY disappeared.
This usually means:
The claim succeeded but you’re looking at the wrong chain.
Contact support with your wallet address to confirm.
How can I access the Script Wallet version of my wallet?
We recommend importing your wallet into the Script Wallet or contacting support.
Can I migrate my node license to another wallet? (e.g., wallet hacked)
Yes. Open a discord ticket and provide:
Original wallet address
TX hash for the node purchase
New wallet address
We'll manually reassign it if verified.
*We cannnot guarantee we can migrate your node license
I want rewards to go to a new wallet — is that possible?
Yes. Submit a support request with:
Old and new wallet addresses
Proof of node ownership
🎁 B. FREE NODES, GLASSPASS, AND GIFTS
I haven’t received my free node. What should I do?
Free nodes are given for:
Glasspass ownership
Competitions or giveaways
Submit your wallet address and proof (e.g., Glasspass ID or screenshot of win).
I was gifted 2 nodes. Can I get the transaction hash?
Yes. Send your wallet address to support, and we’ll send you the TX hashes.
I’m a Glasspass holder. Do I get a free node?
Yes. If not already delivered, send:
Your wallet
Glasspass ID
We’ll assign your free node.
I claimed SPAY and I’m also owed a free node (contest winner).
Send both:
Wallet address
Proof of contest win (screenshot or announcement)
We'll verify and deliver.
💸 C. REFUNDS, INSTALLATION FAILURES & BUYBACKS
I bought a node and didn’t receive it. I want a refund.
We need:
Your TX hash
Wallet address
If verified and unassigned, we’ll issue a refund or node delivery.
I couldn’t install the node. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if:
Node was not activated
You contacted us within the refund period
Provide wallet + TX hash to support.
I tried to run a Lightning Node, failed, and want a refund.
If you never activated or used the node, you're likely eligible. Provide your TX hash and wallet.
I bought 5 nodes but never ran them. Can I get a buyback?
Buybacks are offered only during special campaigns. If you're outside that window, refunds are not guaranteed.
⚙️ D. NODEOPS, CLAIMS & INFRASTRUCTURE
Where do my SPAY tokens go when I click “Claim” on NodeOps?
They go to your Script Chain wallet. Use:

I claimed from NodeOps but don’t see the rewards.
Common reasons:
Viewing the wrong chain
Wrong wallet connected
Submit your wallet to support to confirm.
There’s no option to “Start Node” on NodeOps.
Check:
If infrastructure fee is unpaid
If node is expired or uninitialized
Use the My Nodes tab on console.nodeops.xyz.
If I bought a node on NodeOps, can I run it myself?
Yes. You can:
Export the license
Install it yourself
Or, keep it hosted by NodeOps (monthly fee applies).
Does NodeOps offer node delegation?
Currently, delegation is not available. All NodeOps purchases are hosted or self-run only. Delegation may launch in future.
🛠️ E. TECHNICAL INSTALLATION ISSUES
I changed servers and now my node says “No holder records found.”
Ensure:
You're using the same wallet
Node metadata matches
If still broken, submit a support ticket with logs.
The software needs MongoDB but Debian doesn’t have it.
Debian dropped MongoDB from default repos. Use:
Our official install script, or
Docker container with pre-installed MongoDB
Ask in #node-support for updated links.
My software is missing or won’t start.
Check:
Node logs
Dependency installs (MongoDB, Docker, etc.)
Submit OS version and errors for assistance.
✅ F. OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS
Is there a log for past SPAY claims?
Not yet. Full claim logs will be integrated into the dashboard. For now:
Use Script Wallet or console
Check balances via console.nodeops.xyz
Is there some sort of dashboard where i can view my node rewards?
Not yet. Similar to the above, this will be rolled out when the chain goes fully live and will support intuitive live data for all node runners and developers. We want to make it possible to utilise this data alongside streaming for the first time ever.
I want a simple explanation of NodeOps or another providers flow if i wanted to buy.
