**Uninstallation of Edge from Windows Desktop Version**

**Step 1**: Switch to your root directory.

**Step 2**: Remove .ipfs file manually.

**Step 3**: Taskkill /IM ipfs.exe /F

**Step 4**: Now, from here you will start your new Edge installation from the doc available previously.
